This is a quick note to report the results of the doodle poll so that
you can mark your calendars before something else comes up.

Tuesdays at 11:00 PDT
            12:00 MDT
            13:00 CDT
            14:00 EDT
            20:00 CERN time

Please plan on a meeting every week at this time until we are done.
And please plan on no more than one hour for each meeting.

With a committee this size I'm sure some weeks a few committee members
will not be able to attend.  In that case please pardon us if we
proceed without you.  I'll try to write a record of key decisions to
keep you up-to-date.

More on the doodle poll: I believe I've gotten all the responses to
the doodle poll I'm going to get from the regular members of our
committee.  Some ex-officio members have not replied yet.  Of all the
possible time-slots listed in the poll, only one was marked by
everyone.  That's the one reported above.
